Our Services

Mental Health Matters

Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. We offer a safe, confidential space to talk through challenges and explore practical ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and other emotional struggles. We also help signpost to mental health services where needed, while always providing respectful, non-judgmental support that fits your needs.

Support That Stays With You at Work

We offer free, personalised 1-to-1 support to help individuals feel confident, supported, and secure in their workplace. If you’re facing challenges due to disability, mental health, or communication needs, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. We can help you understand your rights, talk to your employer about reasonable adjustments, and even support you in applying for funded assistance, Our aim is simple: to help you stay in work—and feel good while doing it.

Connecting Talent with Opportunity

Looking for work can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. We help individuals prepare for employment by offering personalised job search support, CV advice, and interview preparation. We also work closely with inclusive employers to help match the right people to the right opportunities, with a focus on long-term success and workplace accessibility.

Led by the Community, for the Community

We believe in the power of connection. That’s why we run regular community-led activities that bring people together—regardless of age or ability. From workshops and coffee mornings to creative sessions and wellbeing groups, our events are designed to reduce isolation, build confidence, and create a sense of belonging in the local community.
