Support for individuals with disabilities

Learn about the services and resources available for people with disabilities, including assistance programs, accessibility information, and community support

About Us

ThinkBright was founded in response to the clear lack of engagement and support available for individuals with disabilities within our community. ThinkBright was established to provide free, personalised support designed to create lasting, positive change in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As a community-led organisation, we don’t just work for the community—we’re part of it. Our services are shaped by the people we serve, and we’re proud to work closely with local residents, families, and organisations to promote inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunities.

At Think Bright, everything we do is rooted in care, respect, and lived understanding. We’re here to break down barriers and build up confidence—one person at a time.

Client Testimonials

“Think Bright helped me speak to my manager about adjustments I didn’t even know I could ask for. It’s made a huge difference to my confidence at work.”
Shazia Malik, Admin Assistant
“I was close to leaving my job due to stress, but after just a few sessions with Think Bright, I felt heard and supported. They genuinely care.”
Liam Thompson, Warehouse Operative
“My mum struggled with mobility at work, and we didn’t know where to turn. Think Bright told us about funded support options and helped arrange a support worker through her job. It’s made a huge difference—she feels supported and able to keep working with confidence.”
Chloe Bennett, Family Carer
